閑静な円山に店を構える、喜香庵さん。ふとすると通り過ぎてしまうような、隠れ家的なお蕎麦屋さんです。階段を上がり扉を開くと、さらに石畳のアプローチがあり入口まで。このちょっとした風情がお蕎麦への期待も高めてくれます。 This is Kikoan, a soba (Japanese buckwheat noodle) restaurant in Sapporo city, Hokkaido, Japan. It is located in a residential area, so you can have great soba in a calm atmosphere. All soba dishes are delicious, but Duck-soup cold soba is the best! Please feel the rich taste of duck soup and good aroma of soba at Kikoan.

北円山の閑静な住宅街にある生パスタ専門店、レヴァーロさん。若い方や奥様方に大変人気なお店で、最近2号店を出されたそうです。アットホームでリーズナブル、駐車場は隣りの区画に8台ほどあり、来店しやすい条件が揃っています。 This is Le Varo, a Italian cafe restaurant in Sapporo city, Hokkaido, Japan. It is located in a calm residential area and always crowded with a lot of ladies in lunch time due to its reasonableness and homey atmosphere. There are various Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza and gnocchi, of which I ordered Tomato-sauce Tagliatelle(pasta cut in narrow ribbons). It was the great mixture of sourness of tomato-sauce and the texture of Tagliatelle.
十勝豚丼 いっぴん  Tokachi-Butadon Ippinの写真
帯広名物「豚丼」のお店、いっぴんさん。帯広の本店に伺いました。清潔感のある外観は入りやすく、お昼時ともあり、満席。地元の方も沢山来られるようです。駐車場が広く、順番待ちを車の中で過ごす方もいらっしゃいました。 Obihiro city is located in the center of Hokkaido, Japan and the birthplace of Butadon, a dish of roasted Tokachi pork topped on rice in bowl. It originated in the time of Pioneer of Hokkaido, and it's been loved by local people. Among many Butadon restaurants in Obihiro, Ippin is one of the most popular shops, and there is always a line of people . Although there are so many kinds of Butadon menu, I ordered the standard one, which smelled savory, tasted salty-sweet and made me eat all despite the big volume.

電車通りに面する鮨処、あら政さん。45年間、新鮮なネタを提供する鮨屋として愛されているお店です。シックな外観の大きな木の扉を入ると、清潔感のあるカウンターが目に入ります。ここ最近、同じ電車通り沿いの今の場所に移転して新しくなったそうです。 This is Aramasa, a Sushi restaurant in Sapporo city, Hokkaido, Japan. It is a long-established restaurant which was founded 45 years ago, but it was rebuilt recently and brand-new and very clean. Aramasa has been famous for its selected fresh ingredients, so many local customers around the shop are big fans. Although all dishes are great, Zeitakumaki(Luxury Sushi Roll, the main photo), big rolled sushi of tuna, sea urchin, ikra and scallop, was especially fabulous!
