This is Kiosco Justina & Los Pesca2, a local restaurant in La Paz, Bolivia. Located on the 2nd floor of Nuevo Mercado Lanza, Kiosco Justina & Los Pesca2 is popular among local customers. The main photo is "Fish Soup", which contains 3 pieces of karachi(small fish), and potato. The soup has very refreshing feeling, and has taste of fish, too. I've been addicted to the taste of the soup.
This is Yoshiko's Restaurante, a Japanese restaurant in La Paz, Bolivia. Yoshiko's Restaurante had been managed under the name "WAGAMAMA" before. It is popular among local people and Japanese residents in La Paz. The main photo is "Sashimi bowl set meal". It is very precious to have fresh fish and Sashimi in the mountain area like La Paz . The dish on the other photo is a Japanese standard dish, Sushi.
This is a restaurant at Hotel Copacabana in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Although Santa Cruz de la Sierra, commonly known as Santa Cruz, is the second largest city in Bolivia, its population is gradually increasing and almost reaching that of the capital Nuestra Señora de La Paz. Located in the center of Santa Cruz, the restaurant offers some reasonable, daily lunch set meals. The main photo is "Albóndigas", a Spanish-style meatball stew as the main dish. The soup as the appetizer was made from Quinoa. As you may know, Quinoa has been recognized as perfect nourishing recently and is now popular among health-minded people. Because Quinoa originated in the South America, it has long been available reasonably and used widely.
